Please do not return your keyboard without first acquiring a returns form, which can be posted, emailed or faxed to you on request.

Contact us as above if you encounter any problems with your BigKeys products. Your BigKeys keyboard comes with a ninety day warranty. If you discover a fault with the keyboard within this time, we will repair or replace it for free. Please request a returns form as above. We can also carry out repairs outside of the warranty period, but you will be charged.

If you intend to purchase a quantity of items at once, please call for the best prices. If you live outside of the United Kingdom, please enquire for delivery pricing or details of your nearest BigKeys dealer.
